Final Review of Redevelopment Plans for Kim Beasley Site

by Su Groome on August 10, 2013

Landcorp has submitted its proposed plans for the Kim Beasley site redevelopment to Council for approval. The plan reflect the views expressed during community consultation regarding the site, including retention of Sullivan Hall and some of the mature trees. There will be a final round of community consultation before Council make a final decision during which time the plans will be publically available for comment.

The Kim Beasley site is the old school site bound by Yalgoo, Hope and Stevens Street. The proposed development will include a variety of different housing types.
